I’ve just read Kokoro too! Adored every word. The ‘Kokoro work’ at the end of each chapter formed my journalling as I read, and I genuinely credit Beth with changing my life through her courses and her writing.
So now I need to go and read your other recommendations! Thanks lovely! Great article 🩵
Just listening to friendaholic on your recommendation - love it, even though uncomfortable in parts. She’s very brave with her writing on friendships. Thanks love for the recommendation
OMG - it’s SO good and I couldn’t believe she’s written some of the stuff she has but I was so grateful. At first I refused the discomfort but then thought ‘this is something to think on…’ 💭 🤔

Definitely making me think about my own friendships for sure.
If you want to delve into the world of fiction highly recommend the midnight library by Matt Haigh - fabulous book
Btw, did the recording of the live chat been sent out? If so, I did not get it :/
It just went out now - delayed due to… erm… LIFE! We had a blast, I hope you enjoy it.
Got it! 😊
