I do declare that it’s Thursday again - where do the weeks go?!

Dropping into your life with a video / audio post this week because it felt like something that deserved a natter.

Self-made Mantras

I am not making time to exercise I am:

✨ Reclaiming my identity

💪🏼 Demonstrating what self-care looks like to my kid(s) 

🏋🏻‍♀️ Putting energy into my health so that I can one day be a badass strong grandma to my kids, kids (should they fancy having some). 

⚡️Keeping myself strong enough to carry my children (physically and emotionally) through life. 

🤤 Whatever I do today is OK. And I’m looking forwards to having a chocolate milkshake afterwards.
